Earl Thomas Conley Riverside Park is located on U.S. 52 in West Portsmouth and is operated by the Scioto
County Park System. The park offers the public a scenic recreational area were visitors can enjoy picnic areas,
shelter house, softball field, soccer, tennis, walking path, more.
The park was established by the Scioto County
Commissioners in 1977 and was named in honor of Country Music Legend Earl Thomas Conley, a Scioto County native,
that during the 1980's & 90's charted more than thirty singles on the Billboard Country Charts
including eighteen number one hits.
